My recent stay at Altstadthotel-Rheine was overall satisfactory, though marred by a rocky start due to a mix-up in communication upon my late arrival. Fortunately, the clean and comfortable room, conveniently located in the heart of the town, quickly won me over. The breakfast spread was adequate, and the staff, despite a touch of reserve, were accommodating.As a single mother with two energetic toddlers under 2 years old, family-friendly amenities are paramount. I found the hotel to be accommodating to our needs, providing a safe and welcoming environment for my little ones. The secure parking facilities were a blessing for our belongings and eased any worry about traveling with young children. One particularly memorable moment was when my youngest had a minor accident in the room, and the housekeeping staff responded promptly and thoughtfully to assist us, showing true understanding and consideration for families staying at the hotel.In conclusion, while Altstadthotel-Rheine may have had some hiccups in communication, its family-friendly approach and convenient location make it a suitable choice for families looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay in Rheine.
